Hi, I'm Carmen Conners. I'm currently the morning host of Star 95.7 Mornings, along with the prepubescent Chris White. I like to emphasize the word "current" as opposed to permanent. I've got two ex-husbands to remind me nothing lasts forever.

I'm twenty-nine and it looks like radio is the closest I'll get to a profession, much to the dismay of my mother. Ever notice how age makes us a less valuable commodity? When I was sixteen, no one but God was good enough for me and even He had to undergo interrogation. Now my mother could care less who I date, as long as I marry and reproduce. We fight a lot about it. I finally had to put my foot down when she enrolled me in the "Penal Pen-Pal Program". Now I have a felon named Jake (who really didn't mean to kill his entire family with a tube of Elmers glue and a cattle prod) composing love letters to me.

Aging isn't so bad. Except for the cellulite, the slight sagging of my boobs, the fine lines that suck the foundation right off my face, I find I can be a bit freer with my speech, thoughts and actions. I love it!

Thanks for pulling up our page. I hope you'll give us a try on the airwaves. You won't find any smoke and mirrors, just real human beings trying to make it through the day. The only plus I have is that I don't have to dress up. Good thing since all my clothes have stretch marks on them.
